The Program

Deep Coaching Teleconference Series

Spend Eleven Sessions (90 minutes each) with veteran Enneagram coach, teacher and author, Dr. Roxanne Howe-Murphy, author of the internationally acclaimed book, Deep Coaching: Using the Enneagram as a Catalyst for Profound Change to gain a practical and grounded approach to using this powerful body of wisdom in your own work.

The 16-½ hours of intensive instruction is based on Dr. Howe-Murphy’s book, Deep Coaching. There will be an introductory session, one session on each personality type and a synthesis session.

• During the teleconference series you will:
• Get into the nitty-gritty inner world of your clients by recognizing the specific characteristics, hidden dynamics, motivations, fears and desires of each of the nine personality structures.
• Expand your capacity for heightening consciousness--
• Learn to develop rapport with your clients quickly by understanding their inner world.
• Tap into the emotional, mental and somatic reality of each type within yourself
• Recognize your client's Truer nature and learn how to awaken the individua to discover what is beyond their patterns of identity (and limitation).
• Engage in your own psychological and spiritual development.

Central to your learning is using case studies and participant experience to provide the basis for coaching considerations and practice.

• Learn to listen differently.
• Orient yourself to the specific qualities of the higher nature of each person.
• Develop your ability to ask "counter-intuitive" questions.

Week-end Enneagram Workshops

Two powerful, live week-end Enneagram courses which are open to the public are incorporated into this training program. Each of the workshops offers rich material, new perspectives and a deepening into the knowledge base of the Enneagram. These courses were created by Don Riso and Russ Hudson, preeminent teachers and best-selling Enneagram authors, who have authorized Roxanne and her colleague to teach them.

*Post-workshop Teleconferences for Deep Coaching Participants

Post-workshop teleconferences will be scheduled up to two times/year for each of the above workshops in collaboration with attendees . The purpose of these follow-up teleconferences is to support trainees in integrating the material from the workshop into their practices, as appropriate.

Post-Relationship Workshop Teleconference: 4 one-hour sessions $200.00. Dates TBD.

Post-Wisdom or Levels of Development Workshop: 2 one-hour sessions: $100.00. Dates TBD.
